Terms of service

Estimates and quotes

• Estimates are non-binding. The instant number is our best guess and shows a range.
• Quotes are binding for 7 days. After Mike reviews your job, the firm quote stays valid for 7 days from when it's sent.
• Payment in full at acceptance. We start printing after you accept the quote and pay.
• Rush orders (×1.5) depend on our capacity and are confirmed by us before they're final.

Your right to print

You are responsible for having the right to print any file, design or link you send us. When you order a print of a free community design marked for personal use, you're commissioning a print for your own use — we charge for printing, never for the design. We always credit the original creator.

What we won't print

• Firearm parts or weapons of any kind.
• Counterfeit branded goods intended for resale.
• Anything that infringes a designer's license or someone else's rights.

When a job might fall into one of these, we'll check it by hand and may decline it.

Design service

Design fees are paid up front. They are non-refundable once the first draft has been delivered. Each tier includes a set number of revisions; extra work beyond the agreed scope is billed hourly.

Delivery and approval

Pickup, meetup and porch delivery inside Babcock Ranch are free. After delivery, let us know if something isn't right. If we don't hear from you within 7 days, we'll assume it's perfect.
